Terms of sale

This is a translation for convenience; the French version of these terms prevails.

1. Scope

These terms apply to distance sales made on HAYAKU TCG (https://hayakutcg.com) between R&Z SUPPLY and any consumer. Businesses should use our Pro area (https://hayakutcg.com/pro). The terms in force on the order date apply; they are accepted before payment and sent with the order confirmation.

2. Seller

3. Products

New factory-sealed trading card products, single cards and graded cards (with certification number), imported mainly from Japan, China and France. Essential characteristics are on each product page. Offers are valid while stocks last.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros including VAT, excluding shipping. For EU deliveries, the VAT of the delivery country applies; outside the EU, products are invoiced without VAT and import duties are paid by the recipient. Any price reduction refers to the lowest price charged in the 30 days before the reduction.

5. Order & payment

The order is placed by clicking “Pay”, which implies an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed; a confirmation email with these terms and the withdrawal form is then sent. Payment is made in full online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure page of our payment provider Inflow (3-D Secure). We never access card data.

6. Pre-orders

Pre-ordered products ship as soon as received, at the earliest on release day. If the announced date slips, you are informed and may cancel for a full refund at any time before shipping.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery times are shown on the product page, in the cart and on the Shipping page (30 days maximum if none is stated). Goods travel at R&Z SUPPLY's risk until you receive them: lost or damaged parcels are refunded or re-shipped without waiting for the carrier's investigation.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving any reason, by an unambiguous statement (email to contact@hayakutcg.com or the withdrawal form), then return the product within 14 days at your own cost. We refund all payments received, including standard initial delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed (we may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return). You may open a product to examine it; you are only liable for any diminished value resulting from other handling (opened booster, original film removed, card taken out of its holder).

9. Legal guarantees

The seller is liable for lack of conformity (2 years from delivery, articles L. 217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code; repair or replacement within 30 days, otherwise price reduction or refund) and for hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, 2 years from discovery).

10. Mediation and disputes

French law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection of their country of residence; you may bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.
